Hi i'm new here and I thought I could help by listing what Storm and Iceman's powers are that I got off a website and let you guys decide who is more powerful.
Storm is a mutant with atmokinesis: the psionic ability to control the weather. When controlling weather elements, her eyes illuminate a white color and aura. She can manifest any degree of wind, temperature, lightning, storm, ice and all manner of precipitation, tornadoes and hurricanes. She has the ability to control the weather on any planet she is on. Storm was able to tune herself to an entire planet when the elements raged uncontrollably, she was able to calm the planets elements and heal the planets ozone layer. ( issue see 'Storm front' ) Storm has been known to create cosmic turbulence when a Sentinel was about to affect the Earth with a gamma gun to draw a solar flare from the sun to the Earth[1]. Storm is immune to the effects of all weather. Her body changes to compensate for the extremes she engineers; i.e. her body temperature would rise as she caused her surroundings to become cold. She has the ability to project, focus and aim force blasts of extreme electrical bolts from her hands or the sky using her elemental powers. Storm can alter her visual perceptions so as to see the universe as multi-colored energy patterns. She can change the body temperature of anyone by manipulating that temperature and lowering or raising it. The elemental manipulation of the human body also gives her the stunning ability to drain the electrical energy from mutants brainwaves that will literally cause them to lose power. At times, she has used her ability to manipulate wind in a manner that resembles telekinesis, lifting massive objects like buildings and hurling them against opponents, and stop projectiles like bullets. By manipulating the wind Storm can fly at incredible heights and speeds. Not only can she stop most physical attacks with her powers, but she can also generate electric fields, magnetic fields, high-density pressure fields, strong pressure domes that can cut through a mountain and even electromagnetic fields. Storm once even generated an electrolysis field underwater to surround herself and her teammates with a globe of oxygen in their proximity. While once in outer space, to destroy a brood embryo that was inside of her, Storm took her powers to a unimaginable level by gathering the entire energy of a galactic core which consisted of millions of living worlds and stars [2][3]. She can also control ocean currents [4].
Storm is an ecopath and has an empathy/affinity for the earth. She is aware of every living thing and can even "sense" if a tree is ill.
Storm also has the potential to wield white magic because her ancestors were priestesses. In an alternate time-line, Storm taught Illyana Rasputin how to use her magic. With white magic Storm was able to travel the astral plane, teleport, heal herself and others, cast spells, create force fields and more.
Ororo is highly intelligent and an able strategist and field commander of the X-Men.
Her days as a thief have given her mastery of skills normally used by professional thieves, such as stealth, breaking into heavily fortified areas and picking locks (she always keeps a set of lock picks in whatever current costume she wears). She is also an excellent combatant in both armed and unarmed combat, having been instructed by Wolverine.
An Omega-level mutant, Iceman's powers have evolved considerably over the years. Originally he had a normal human and an ice-form. In normal human form, he had the strength, agility and durability of a typical athletic male of his size. In his ice-form, his strength and durability were enhanced.
According to the laws of thermodynamics, cold is defined as the absence of heat. Therefore, Iceman does not actually emanate cold, but rather absorbs and dispels heat. Since heat is energy, Iceman's power then becomes a psionic ability to manipulate energy.
Iceman is able to lower his body temperature without harm to himself, reaching minus 105F within a few tenths of a second. He is able to freeze any moisture in the air around him into unusually hard ice to form ice-slides and various projectiles and shields. He is also able to summon moisture from the air and create a flood.
Iceman is immune to sub-zero temperatures and has thermal vision: the ability to detect objects visually by how much heat the objects generate.
Over the years, his mutant physiology has gone through radical changes. First, he was able to fashion an armor of densely packed snow around his human form when lowering his temperature; later, this became an armor of solid ice. Eventually, he was actually able to transform his body into organic ice in which his strength and endurance were augmented to enhanced levels, but when he turned his body back to normal, he would be an ordinary human.
For a time, Iceman could no longer revert to a human form as part of a secondary mutation. He was constantly in a translucent organic ice-form. Iceman is also able to reconstitute his ice-form if any part of it is damaged or even if it is completely shattered, without permanent harm to himself. He is able to temporarily add the mass of a body of water to his own to increase his mass, size and physical power. His strength and durability in his ice-form are enhanced beyond normal human levels. He can survive not only as sentient ice, but as sentient water and vapor. Drake has developed the ability to transform his body from a gaseous state back to a solid, although it is taxing both physically and mentally (X-Men #190, August, 2006). He has the capacity to manipulate all forms of moisture. He has all of the abilities to generate projectiles, slides and shields that he always has had, but they have been augmented greatly. Under the mind control of Emma Frost, he was able to deposit his bodily mass into a river and reconstitute his entire mass a great distance away in a matter of minutes.
In House of M #8, it appeared that Iceman was among the many millions of mutants who lost their powers due to the magic of the Scarlet Witch, having returned to his normal human form and noticeably sweating. However, while repelling an attack of anti-mutant protesters, Iceman's powers reactivated (X-Men #178, November, 2005). It was revealed that Iceman did not lose his powers, but had subconsicously shut them down out of fear due to the aftermath of the House of M (X-Men #179, December, 2005).
