Ten years ago
A large building appears, within it is a young man named warren Worthington, he seems to be soaring something upon his back, and he is crying and seems to be in some pain
His father, warren Worthington SR walks down a corridor
He knocks on the bathroom door

The mirror reveals his back where he has the left over from two sawn off wings, the camera zooms in
The opening sequence includes different cells travelling through the bloodstream
Then it reveals scientists hands preparing different test tubes
Then into a set of jeans where the title ‘X men The Last Stand’ appears.
Then the usual cerebro appears and zooms in to the next scene

A giant explosion occurs, to reveal a war ground!
Bobby and kitty run through a massacre of explosions and falling buildings.
While flying, storm dodges laser blasts and lands.
Rogue and colossus hide behind a rock.
As he looks back he sees shrapnel from an explosion heads towards them.
As he turns to his metal form, he grabs rogue, she too turns to metal.
The rocks bounce off them onto wolverine smoking a cigar.
Colossus and rogue see wolverine healing as they turn back to human form.
Colossus shakes his head as he is a little weak from touching rogue.

Logan
The whole worlds gonna go to hell an your just gonna sit there? . . . . lets go!

Bobby and kitty continue to run, he notices a missile heading towards them, he freezes it and it hits the ground.
As he turns around kitty notices another missile.

BOBBY!

she embraces him and the missile phases through them. They smile at each other.

Rogue notices them together and gives a jealous glance, then continues with colossus.
Logan is lighting his cigar on a piece of fire upon a wrecked car. Storm runs up besides him.

A defining foot step appears catching storms attention.

The sentinel’s bright eyes appear as it seeks out its target

She hurls him away as a rock crushes the car. Logan has lost his cigar.

He walks off as the sentinel approaches them blowing obstacles away.

He heads towards alkali lake where he suspects jean may be alive!
He parks his bike and walks up to the shore
He glances around

He screams into the air and rips of his protective glasses.
His beams shoot out into the lake causing disruption within the water
He kneels down and puts his glasses back on.
He then glances back to the lake where a hole has occurred and is sucking water within it
Suddenly it erupts and a wave of energy hurls him backwards
He slowly gets back up but is blinded by a vicious bright light
As it dies down it reveals jean

They embrace each other in relief; jean pulls back and looks at his glasses

She slowly takes his glasses off

the red glow in his eyes disappear and they begin to kiss
But his skin starts to move in all directions as jeans eyes turn dark black, he springs his eyes open . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Echoes of Scott affect everyone throughout the school, Prof X has sensed what has happened, storm and Logan run to the professor

The x jet lands within the misty area of alkali lake, Logan and storm both walk out
They make there way towards the lake area

They haven’t though noticed that there is a floating rock, Logan looks around, as he takes each footstep, the leaves beneath him start to float in the air, the water in the leaves start to also float

Her eyes go white and the mist clears to reveal a lake, rocks are floating everywhere

A small pebble floats past them both, he touches it and it floats away
Storm walks to have a look further down the shore
Logan looks around
From behind a rock appear Cyclops’s glasses
As they float near him he grabs them and looks confused

He runs over to storm; she is by jeans body on the ground

A screen appears with a scanned brain upon it

The shear mass of water that collapsed on top of jean should have obliterated her completely, the only explanation of jeans survival is that her powers wrapped her in a cocoon of telekinetic energy

The camera reveals a large building, within the top of this building stands warren sr. and doctor Kavito Rao.

He soars down towards the ground, as he reaches the bottom and over the crowd his wings spread and start to flap as he continues to fly over the buildings and eventually over the sea, where he is idled by the young boy leech who is watching from his cell.

The trucks carrying the mutants head down a road as magneto appears in front of them.
He raises his eyebrow and disposes of the 4 police vans one by one, hurling them off the road.
He then stops the prison van by hurling the front section in the air leaving only the mutant convoy.
The guard slides down the corridor as the coach is brought to a halt, while the other is knocked out.

Within the surgery at the mansion, Logan is standing by jeans body
She has a brain scanning device on her forehead
He strokes her neck. . .
Her hand grabs his wrist
The scanner moves backwards, her eyes open!

She gets up and starts and warps puts her legs round him, they gaze at each other before starting to rapidly kiss, she wraps her legs and arms round him while undressing him,, the computer goes fuzzy, they advance onto lying on the table, she scratches his arms, which then heal, they then carry in kissing, he gropes her bare legs

Her eyes start to turn slightly black

She telekinetically undoes his belt and flings it to the side, he jumps off her, and she sits up.

Logan
Jean, this isn’t you

She tries to kiss him

Her face turns from an angry expression to a confused and lost look

He takes Scott’s glasses from his pocket, she still looks confused, she stares at the glasses, and she visions her erupting from the lake and her and Scott kissing
Everything starts to float and shake in the room, the glasses shatter in Logan’s hand
Logan puts his hands on Jean’s face

Everything starts to rapidly smash and shatter

She flings Logan back onto the wall knocking him out, she makes her way towards the door, it shatters from the middle and then is flung backward, and she walks out down the corridor

Back at magneto’s secret hideout he is in a metal room, as he is sitting at the table, juggernaut, multiple man and pyro stand around him. He slides the gun along the table to himself

Voluntary? They put the cure in the gun, I told you they would draw first blood

Pyro
So what do we do?

What do we do? We use this weapon as a lightening rod to ring countless more to our cause, come we have an army to build

They all walk towards the exit
Callisto and arclight have walked down the stairs

Storm, Prof X and Logan walk out of their car onto the street on jean grey’s old home

Logan and storm stay still, until they see a familiar face

They walk towards the house

Magneto opens the door with his powers, he and Charles enter, they slowly move round the house, looking at everything, as they enter one room a water dispenser is rapidly bubbling, on its own!
The lamp shade and picture frames are jiggering, and a kettle is rapidly steaming
Jean is sitting on her own in a chair, everything in the room is levitating, they both enter and everything drops.

A lamp smashes across the room

The gates start to shake outside the house, juggernaut, callisto, arclight, and quill look around

The professor said he would handle this

All the doors in the room jean is in slam shut, everything starts to lift into the air, professor gets close to jean.

Prof x
Look at me jean; I can help you, look at me

Jean pushes Charles back

Magneto
Maybe you should listen to her Charles

Prof x
You must trust me, you’re a danger to everyone and yourself, but I can help you

Magneto
I think you want to give her the cure

Look what happened to Scott, you killed the man you love, because you can’t control your powers

Jean
NO, stop it

All the windows smash, Prof X Smashes against the wall and magneto is chucked through the door into the kitchen
Outside

Logan
Now that’s it!

He unleashes his claws, juggernaut applies his helmet, and they begin to run at each other, storms eyes glow white, she flies into the air
As they both charge at each other, juggernaut knocks Logan over his shoulder, he then chucks him through the window
Storm starts to spin through the air
Quill readies his spikes
She creates a tornado as she spins down towards the brotherhood, 2 bolts of lightening knock arclight and quill out of the way, she then channels lightening through her fingers into callisto, knocking her through the door.
Storm then walks in, callisto zooms up ahead of her, laughs, and then zooms and smacks storm
Juggernaut throws a table out of the way, and throws Logan into the roof; he comes back out of it within another room, he then kicks him through a wall to the outside

Back with jean
A chair lifts into the corner of the room
Prof x and jean both stair at each other

Prof x
Jean, let me in

Callisto smacks storm and then zooms to the back of her, and then grabs her head and smacks it through a glass table

The water within the kitchen where magneto is has started to collect at the ceiling
He is still being forced against the cupboards
Jean and Prof X continue to stare at each other, as jean becomes more frustrated, her eyes turn dark black and she stands up out of her chair
Everything continues to rapidly spin around the room

Callisto throws storm into some shelves, smashing them as she does, and in the same wall Logan flies through followed by juggernaut, callisto throws storm onto the ground
Juggernaut kicks Logan, lifts him up, as he does, Logan tries to slash him, juggernaut blocks it
Juggernaut then smacks him

Prof X slowly starts to lift out of his wheelchair, he fully starts to levitate in the air, everything in the room shatters and continues to spin around, magneto watches, Prof x is now helpless as he is telekinetically held by the now dark phoenix
The whole house starts to lift into the air, Logan is forced onto the roof, the phoenix stares at Charles
His skin slowly starts to peel away

Magneto
No jean! JEAN

The whole house starts to spin in the air, the walls start to break away into a chain flying round the house, juggernaut is hanging on for his life, as is Logan, he hears the door banging, and makes his way towards it, using his claws to drag him along
Charles body is starting to rapidly burn away
Logan continues to make his way towards the room where jean is
Magneto looks as the dark phoenix begins to end Prof X life
Logan slides this door open with much might, as he does, glass floats by, and he trys to pull himself in
Everything in the room slows down, and almost completely stops, the phoenix raises her arms, glaring at Charles

Prof X (his face ripples as waves of telekinetic energy continue to hit him)
Don’t let it control you

Logan looks at what is happening, phoenix continues to glare at the professor, Charles turns and looks at Logan, and with a smile,

Logan
Noooooo

His skin starts to tear apart

Magneto
Charles!

His body explodes from the inside, Charles Xavier, is no more.
The house drops to the ground
Magneto stands up; he walks past and looks at the empty wheel chair
He goes and puts his arm round jean

Magneto
My dear, come with me

She gets up they both walk away
Logan and storm run into the room just after, they reach the empty wheelchair
They both look in horror as they realise their professor has gone, Logan kneels, storm hugs him, they both cry in grief of their loss

Within the mansion, Xavier’s chair is empty, a memorial service is taking place, at it include, rogue, bobby, kitty, colossus, beast, and Dr Moira MacTaggart
As well as many, many others

The crowd stands, and rogue puts a flower on his Xavier’s grave

Within kitty’s room, she is lying upon her bed, crying, and mourning, there is a knock at the door

He notices some ice skates

Don’t worry, we won’t get caught, I mean, you can walk through walls you know. . .

She smiles

Outside at the pond and water fountain, they walk up to the side of it

Bobby
This can be home to

He places a finger into a pond and the whole pond turns to solid ice, as well as the water fountain
They both fix their ice skates on; he freezes the bottom of his

As they are skating, he takes her hand and they start to skate faster, they both laugh as they fall into each other.

Kitty
Thank you for this bobby

He smiles, rogue notices them together, she looks terribly jealous, and she heads away, kitty and bobby, make their way to the edge of the pond.

Rogue walks down a corridor heading for the exit, she is carrying a bag with her
Wolverine walks out from one of the rooms.

Logan
Do you need a lift kid?

Where are you going?

Rogue
You don’t know what its like to be afraid of your powers, be afraid to get close to anybody

Rogue exits and looks back

Within the forest, the brotherhood and its army gather down near the camping area, jean is looking down at it all, magneto, walks up behind her.

Magneto
Do you remember when we first met; do you know what I saw? When I looked at you, I saw the next stage in evolution, what Charles and I dreamt of finding, and I thought to myself, why would goddess, into a mortal. . .

He shows her a gun, and lifts it into the air

. . . I can manipulate the metal in this, but you, you can anything, anything you can think of. . .

she breaks apart the gun, and lifts out the cure darts from it with her mind, her eyes turn dark black, and the darts head towards magneto

. . . Jean, enough, ENOUGH!

The darts fall to the ground and her eyes go to normal.

Jean
You sound just like him

Magneto
Jean, he wanted to hold you back,

Jean
What do you want?

Magneto
I want you to be what you are, as nature intended, that cure is meant for all of us, if we want freedom, we must fight for it, and that fight begins now!

End scene

Magneto walks through the camp with pyro
Callisto and arclight join them

Callisto
She shouldn’t be here with us, her power is completely unstable

Only in the wrong hands

You trust her she’s one of them!

Magneto

Pyro
I stuck with you ll the way, I would of killed the professor if you give me the chance

Magneto stops him

Charles Xavier did more for mutants than you will ever know; my single greatest regret is that he had to die for our dream to live

He walks off, pyro thinks about what he said

Logan, storm, beast, kitty and bobby are sitting in the lobby

Bobby
So what now, what do we do

Professor Xavier started this school perhaps its best it ends with him, we’ll have to tell the students that their going home

Bobby
Most of us don’t have anywhere to go . . .

Kitty smiles at him

. . . I can’t believe this; I can’t believe we are not going to fight for this school

Angel walks in

I’m sorry I know this is a bad time, I was told this was a safe place for mutants!

Beast

And it still is, we’ll find you a room, hank, tell all the students the school stays open.

Bobby smiles, logan is still in turmoil

Bobby walks down the corridor to rogues room and knocks.

He opens the door to an empty room
He walks back out to see colossus carrying a big TV

Logan walks up to Charles’s grave and looks at it, but a sudden voice in his head shouting ‘Logan’ catches his attention, he visions her in a forest and she keeps repeating his name, he kneels to the ground with the pain in his head, and it stops.

Within his bedroom
Logan is within his bedroom, he starts to pack his stuff, storm walks in.

Storm
Where are you going?

Logan
Where do you think?

Storm
She has gone Logan, and she is not coming back

You don’t know that

She killed the professor

Logan
It wasn’t jean! The jean I know is still in there

He walks out, but storm blocks him

Storm

Logan

Logan (He grabs storm)

Storm
Because you love her. . .

He walks back

. . . she made her choice, now it is time we make ours, so if your with us then be with us!

She walks out
He exits the mansion on his bike

Iceman makes his way through the crowd protesting against the cure, he is looking for someone, however he bumps into an old friend!

Pyro
Going to take the cure so you can go back home to mummy and daddy!

Iceman
I’m looking fro someone

Pyro
Oh I get it, your girlfriend, figured she’d want the cure, she’s pathetic. . .

Iceman clinches his fist as frost covers his hand, pyro lights his hand

. . . Come on iceman, make a move. . .

Iceman backs away

. . . Same old bobby, still afraid of a fight!

As he walks away pyro unleashes a fire ball which blows up the cure surgery.
Bobby looks back, the crowd begins to scatter.

Magneto (on TV, giving out a national threat)
Today’s attack was only our first salver, so long as the cure exists, our war will rage, your cities will not be safe, your streets will not be safe, you will not be safe, and to my fellow mutants, I make you this offer, join us or stay out of our way, enough mutant blood has been spilt already.

Kitty is watching closely to the TV, within a room where storm, beast, colossus and siryn, as well as other students are watching the threat

Back at the white house
Trask switches the TV off where he and the president have been watching it

Trask
We’re trying to track him sir, we’re working hard

President
We cannot let him do this

Trask
You know I agree sir

President
This is now a national security matter, seize and secure Worthington labs, I want troops deployed with cure weapons immediately

Trask
Yes sir

President
And trask, you have to find magneto, and stop him, by any means necessary, magneto wants a war, we’ll give him one!

A scene occurs where troops are marching through a station picking up weapons

Soldier
Let’s go, keep it moving, turn in your old weapon, turn in old weapon, pick up your plastic weapons, and pick up your cure cartridge, absolutely no metal,

The soldiers do as requested, a helicopter lands on Alcatraz, troops deploy and start to surround the island,
The cure surgery is back up and running and is now guarded by more soldiers,
The riot is still chanting, while 2 police cars guard a bus, it parks up outside the surgery,
Rogue walks out, and looks at what is happening, she then joins the queue, where from there they will all enter and take the cure

Within the heat of the brotherhood hideout in a hidden forest, Logan looks around; he sniffs, and slowly releases his claws
He takes one step as he begins his trail but he is hit by some sought of spike, he falls to the ground, and 2 more spikes hit the tree directly next to his head
He looks forward, and it reveals to be a mutant who goes by the name – spike
Spike then releases two more spikes from his wrists, and then throws them at Logan
Logan runs and as he does spike chases after him and throws spikes and spikes at a time at Logan
Another mutant near by can hear the spikes being thrown with his super hearing, he and 4 others go to see what is happening
Spike continues his massacre of spikes, hitting tress and everything except Logan, Logan then goes and hides behind a tree where he pulls out the spike from his shoulder
Logan then throws it into spikes leg where he falls to the ground

Spike
Arghh!!!

The 3 other mutants look for Logan
However by this time he has climbed up a tree
He then summersaults off the tree and unleashes his claws while he does, he lands on the first mutant and stabs him, the other mutant defends him self with a bat, but it shatters as wolverine slashes him twice
Logan runs off, stabbing another in the chest, as he is running he cuts another down, and then finally jumps and horizontally slashes the last one
As he runs again, he notices a spike hit the tree, he looks to see another coming, however he stops it with his claws
Spike again starts to throw spikes at Logan,
But this time he deflects them with his claws and runs toward spike
Spike readies two spikes while Logan runs at him with his claws
Logan jumps and lands his claws into spikes chest, they both hit the ground,
Logan’s face is in some what pain
He lifts himself off of spike, to reveal two spikes stuck within his stomach
Logan pulls them out slowly
Then they heal, the sound of cheering catches his attention, he walks towards the sound

The noise reveals to be a crowd shouting; Logan grabs a coat and disguises himself
The crowd is looking up to magneto and his personnel brotherhood, which consists of;
Juggernaut, pyro, callisto, multiple man, arclight, quill
And also a mysterious man who goes by the name of Remy Lebeau

Magneto
They wish to cure us but I say to you we are the cure! . . .

The crowd cheers as magneto makes his speech, Logan walks to the middle of the crowd and observes what is happening

. . . the cure for that imperfect condition known as homo sapiens, they have their weapons, we have ours (looking at jean) we will strike with a vengeance and a fury that this world has never witnessed, and if any mutants stand in our way we will use this poison against them, we shall go to Alcatraz island, take control of the cure, and destroy its source, and then, nothing can stop us!

The crowd cheer, Logan and jean see each other; jean walks away, Logan follows, while magneto puts his hand on his heart, representing his loyalty

As Logan approaches jean he catches her attention

Logan
Jean?

They both smile at each other

Suddenly he is flung back onto a tree magneto walks forward with his fist in the air

Magneto
I know the smell of your adamantium from a mile away

Logan
I didn’t come here to fight you!

Magneto
Smart boy

Logan
I cam for jean

Magneto
You think I’m keeping her against her will. . .

He brings Logan forward until he is in front of him

. . . She’s here because she wants to be!

Logan
You don’t know what you are dealing with

Magneto
I know full well, I saw what she did to Charles

Logan
And you stood there and let him die; I’m not leaving here without her

Magneto
Yes you are

He flings him back through branches and branches of trees, until he finally hits a tree, from there he falls to the bottom, hitting more and more branches as he does, he hits the ground, covered in blood

End scene

A room within the Whitehouse is full of people, including Trask and the president

Trask
Ok, 2 minutes until rendezvous Mr President, we have a satellite feed of magneto’s base of operations!

A screen appears with a satellite image of 50 people upon it

President
How did we find it?

Trask
She gave us everything we wanted and more!

Another screen shows Raven Darkholme a.k.a. mystique handing files over a desk

President
Hell has no fury like a woman scorned!

A group of camouflaged men walk towards the group of mutants, they prepare their guns

A soldier
Approaching target dead ahead, set for 360 degree incursion. . .

Everyone watches nervously, the soldiers move closer

. . . This is team leader to bravo1, we are green to go!

President
Ok send them in!

Soldier
Ok

The soldiers move in, shouting of ‘freeze’ occur and a commotion starts, the satellite image shows the soldiers invading the group, the president and Trask both look at each other
Suddenly the image of the mutants starts to disappear, they both look confused
Multiple Man is standing within the middle of the group, he is sucking all the copies of himself back in, he has his hands up

Multiple Man
Ok, you got me!

He grins
Back at the white house


Soldier
Sorry Mr Secretary it was a decoy!

President
If he’s not there then where the hell is he?

Magneto and his army are upon a large bridge, they look upon Alcatraz

Magneto
Worthington labs, it ends where it began! Are you sure the boy is still inside?

Logan enters the mansion

Storm (walking down the stairs)

Yea, we have got to go now; they are going to attack Alcatraz

There are troops stationed on that island

Angel peeks round his door after hearing this conversation, he looks at them, and enters his room again, quickly.

Logan, in his uniform, walks out from one of the doors within the lower levels with beast, who has his original costume on from decades ago.
They approach storm.

Beast (fiddling with his uniform)
I don’t believe this once fit me

If magneto gets hold of that cure there will be no stopping him

Storm exits, Logan thinks to himself, and then exits, the doors close, and the X-Jet takes off and flies over the mansion, as Logan and storm fly the jet, bobby is in the back, as is kitty and colossus, they all look anxious about the battle, and within the front with storm, beast too looks nervous. The X-Jet continues to fly to the last stand.

End scene

Upon the bridge next to Alcatraz, a family of four are happily having a drive, however suddenly all the cars start to fling to the side, they all jam into each other, the bridge begins to creek and shake.

Dad, what’s going on?

We’re trapped

Everybody starts to run back, whereas this family’s car is jammed, cars fly out of the way to reveal magneto and his army, as his brotherhood gather on the bridge, magneto prepares ‘relocation’
He starts to magnetically hold the bridge, the ropes snap everywhere, and the bridge starts to rumble
A group of tourists suddenly see the bridge disconnect from the land, the bridge literally disconnects from everything it is stuck onto, and starts to slowly fly through the air
Magneto holds his hands within the air as he starts to turn the bridge
It makes its way towards Alcatraz
Soldiers stare in astonishment
Leech also peeks out of his window
The bridge fully turns round to face Alcatraz
Magneto holds it over the end of Alcatraz

Magneto
Charles always wanted to build bridges!

He drops the bridge onto Alcatraz; it falls onto the edge of the island, while magneto stays in the air,

Back at the white house
The president and others look at the satellite image of a newly formed bridge across to Alcatraz

President
My god!

Magneto levitates back down onto the ground, the family stare at him, magneto looks back and he notices the family, they lock the car doors, magneto smiles.
He and his army continue onto Alcatraz.

Warren SR and Dr Rao look from the building at what has just happened
Magneto and his army march off the bridge and onto the island

Callisto
The boy is in the south east corner of the building!

Let’s take it down

The army of mutants charge down towards the soldiers, some by flight, and others by teleportation while others simply run to their doom!
The lizard man climbs upon an observation tower
Juggernaut makes his way towards the battle, but magneto stops him

Magneto
In chess the pawns go fist!

Both the mutants and soldier, who ready their guns, run at each other

Magneto
Humans and their guns

He tries to brake them all with his power, however it doesn’t work and they start curing many of the mutants, magneto tries again, but he fails,

Magneto
Plastic, they’ve leaned

A soldier fires out cure bombs that explode within the air, taking out many mutants at a time

Magneto
That’s why the pawns go first!

Most of the mutants that charged first have been taken out, quill looks increasingly worried, as more and more bombs explode and more soldiers fire, all the mutants are taken down
The lizard man has been hit by a dart, his skin becomes normal again and he falls to the ground

Soldier
Target the bridge!

3 bombs head towards magneto and the rest of his army; however magneto stops them all with protecting him and the others by lifting 3 pieces of the bridge up in the air, which stops all the darts

Magneto
Arclight, use your shockwaves, target those weapons!

Arclight walks forward removing her gloves, magneto drops bridge parts,
She spreads her arms out wide, and then bringing them together she shoots out a purple wave of energy,
It shatters some of the soldier’s guns,
Then she shoots out another destroying the remaining weapons.
The x jet arrives and logan, storm and beast look down at the battle ground

Back on Alcatraz the second army of mutants charge towards the unharmed soldiers
One mutant breaths gas out from his mouth onto 2 soldiers, they disintegrate into black smoke
Warren SR and Dr Rao are still watching from up in the building

Warren SR
They are coming for him

An engine roars over the battle ground catching callisto’s attention
The x jet lands on the roof of the building, lighting starts to occur as magneto watches
Suddenly bolts of lightning start to hit the ground in between the mutants and soldiers, as storm starts to fly down, she channels the lighting through her body onto the ground, her eyes glow white
Next beast roars as he jumps down to the bottom
Booby and kitty fall down and phase through the ground
Colossus jumps and lands smashing onto the ground
Bobby and kitty reappear out of the ground

Bobby
Don’t ever do that again!

Finally wolverine unleashes his claws and jumps down the corner of the building supporting himself with both claws on each wall, he reaches the bottom and runs towards the others
Storm also lands and the lightening stops

Wolverine
You men cover the doors, everybody get together, and hold this line

All six x men form a line between the soldiers and the mutants, Kitty looks at logan

Magneto
Traitors to there own cause. . .

Logan and jean look upon each other

. . . Finish them

The mutants shout as they charge towards the x men, the x men ready to battle, beast roars into the crowd, wolverine cuts down a lamp post next to him, as it falls it lands upon several mutants
Then he starts cutting down each mutant one by one as they pass him,
Beast jumps into the crowd, landing on several mutants, he then smacks the ones he has landed on
After he pounces back into the air grabbing the lamppost and swinging him off sideway kicking down many mutants, he then lands on more mutants, and smacks another
Magneto looks at both quill and arclight, and then they go
Storm flies up into the air, creating mist and thunder as she does, callisto laughs as she sees storm and zooms onto a small building, then to a higher one, then to the top of the tallest building at the level where storm is, she jumps off the side and grabs storm, they both hit the ground
More mutants run towards iceman, he creates an ice wall and they all run into it
Pyro starts to run into the fight to confront iceman, but magneto stops him

Magneto
Not yet!

Callisto kicks storm between the legs, then zooms round and smacks her in the face twice, she then backs away and spits on the ground, she zooms back over to storm but storm catches her out as she punches her in the face, callisto falls to the ground where storm looks upon her
Colossus smacks down two mutants
A mutant runs towards kitty, she phases through him and pushes him to the floor by his shoulders
Wolverine slashes more and more mutants as they come near
Magneto looks at juggernaut

Magneto
Go inside and get the boy, and kill him!

Juggernaut
With pleasure

Juggernaut charges down towards the battle
Jean looks at him while he does
While cutting somebody open, notices juggernaut running past
Juggernaut runs through the crowd knocking soldiers into the air, he jumps upon a vehicle, crushing it and then into the building, smashing the wall as he does it

Beast (while in battle)
He’s going for the boy

Kitty
Not if I get there first!

Logan (while also in battle)
Kitty!

She runs through the wall,
Logan chops a mutants arms off, however they grow back and the mutant hits wolverine with his fist
The mutant then goes to hit again but Logan cuts of his arm (which then grows back)
And the mutant smacks Logan with his other arm

Mutant
Come on!

Logan kicks him between the legs
The mutant falls to the ground

Logan
Grow those back!

Juggernaut makes his way down a corridor, however he is followed by kitty, she runs onto him and phases his lower body into the ground, she then phases up in front of him and smiles

Juggernaut
Don’t you know who I am?. . .

She runs through the wall behind her

. . . I’m the juggernaut *****!

He smashes his way out of the ground and starts to chase kitty, they both run through 6 walls, while kitty phases through them, juggernaut smashes each wall one by one, as she comes out of the sixth wall she hides to the side, juggernaut continues to smash through more and more walls
She runs down a different direction,
Juggernaut stops and looks back as he realises he’s running after no one any more

Warren SR and Dr Rao make are walking down a corridor, as they walk round a corner, quill and arclight walk towards them,
Warren and the Dr Walk into the opposite direction but a camouflaged person walks out of the wall, its skin, which is identical to the wall behind it, turns back to normal, it reveals phylocke

Phylocke
Going somewhere?

They are both cornered

Quill
You’re the guy that invented the cure right?

Warren SR
Yes I am

Arclight looks angry

Quill
Girls!

Both phylocke and arclight grab warren SR on each arm and start to take him away

Dr Rao
No, don’t, don’t hurt him, no. . .

Warren SR
. . Hey, what are you doing, let go of me. . .

Dr Rao
. . . Noooooooo

Quill stops Dr Rao from going after warren, he grabs her

Quill
Shhh, clam down calm down, everything is going to be ok

He then lets his spikes out, her face is shocked, and she then falls to the ground
Quill tilts his head and he pulls the spikes back within him

Back on the battlefield
Beast rolls through he air, he lands on mutants and smacks more down
While Logan stabs and slashes mutants beast punches them down
Beast elbows one behind him, he then leaps next to Logan
Beast chucks someone over his shoulders

Logan
Thought you were a diplomat




Beast
I dread to say there comes a time where all men must. . .

He knocks someone over

. . . Oh you get the point

He punches someone and leaps into the air

Phylocke and arclight drag warren up a stairway to the roof

Warren SR
Oh no, please no, no no, please, no

Quill follows them

She runs over to him, he is hiding down by the cupboard
He pulls back

No, don’t worry; I’m here to help you! I’m going to get you out of here. . .

She lifts him up, they run to a wall, but can hear smashing, they run to the other

. . . This way. . .

She goes to run through the way with leech but she can’t

. . . Oh my god, what’s going on?

Leech
Your powers won’t work with me

More banging occurs

Kitty

Leech
Ok

Juggernaut smashes through the wall

Juggernaut

Kitty

Juggernaut

He runs at them both, kitty and leech move out the way and juggernaut bounces off of the wall, unable to use his strength around leech, he lies unconscious on the floor
Kitty and leech run out of the room

Phylocke and arclight reach the roof of the building


Warren SR
No, no, don’t. . .

They lean him over the edge

. . . Don’t do this; I only want to help you people

Quill
Do we look like we need your help?

They chuck him off the edge

Warren SR
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

As he is about to hit the ground his foot is caught by his son, angel, they fly though the air, angel swings him upright, they both look at each other, and fly off.

Back down on the battlefield, storm and callisto are still fighting, callisto goes to hit storm, but she stops her fist, and storm wraps her arm round callisto’s neck
Then she spins her round and throws onto a metal fence
As the fence falls down, storm channels a bolt of lightening through her arms onto Callisto and the fence, callisto shakes as the electricity bolts run through her body, the lightening also interacts with the power generators behind the fence, storm eyes glow as she pulls away, the lightening stops and the piercing upon callistos face smokes, her lifeless body lays still

Looking at what has happened. . .

Magneto
Its time to end this war

He raises his hands and 2 cars lift into the air, as they are thrown towards the x men and the soldiers, pyro lights them up one by one, shooting his flames onto every car
One hits an observation tower and it collapses towards the ground

Logan
Take cover

Another car is thrown
All the soldiers run towards the building, storm also backs away to safety
One by one more burning cars are thrown
Logan hides behind a car
As does beast
Colossus and iceman also take cover
Pyro lights up more and more cars as they fly through the air
One is lands close to storm and she goes and hides next to logan
Screams come from all the soldiers as cars land upon them
As logan ducks from the fire, he notices a left over from a cure gun, he stares at it
Beast also notices it
Storm then looks at it
More and more cars land
The 3 look at each other

Logan
We work as a team!

Storm
Best defence is a good offence

Pyro and magneto continue the massacre
As logan looks at pyro

Logan
Bobby, do you think you can take out your old friend?

Bobby nods, he goes and freezes one of the burning cars, it hits the ground unlit

Magneto
Go ahead!

Pyro walks down to bobby

Logan
Storm, we’re going to need some cover

Storm
Right

Storm nods, her eyes turn white and mist starts to appear
Iceman and pyro stare at each other, bobby takes his gloves off
Pyro lights up his hand, he then shoots out a massacre of fire towards bobby, iceman then starts to shoot out iceman, deflecting the fire, each force repels within the middle of them, , pyro’s face looks pure evil, whereas bobby struggles to keep up the ice.

Wolverine looks at them fighting, jean is still stable, monitoring at what is happening, magneto begins to walk forward, the mist has totally covered everywhere, blinding each mutant
Pyro starts to advance on iceman he walks closer to iceman, his flames grow larger as iceman’s ice starts to disspear, bobby kneels as he cannot hold back the fire, pyro stands directly over bobby, shooting out flames over his body

Pyro
You’re in over your head bobby, maybe you should go back to school!

Iceman’s skin starts to frost, his skin eventually turns to clear ice where the flames can no longer affect his skin, he grabs pyro’s arms, he freezes his hands, he stands up, towering over pyro
Pyro stares up at him, iceman head butts him, knocking him onto the floor, unconscious.

Bobby
You never should have left!

He walks off
Lagan and colossus look at magneto

Logan
This is it! . . .

Colossus grabs logan

. . . Hey, make it a strike

Colossus swings him around and throws him through the air
Wolverine flies head on, however magneto puts his arm out and chucks him onto the floor, then chucks him over upright

Magneto
You never learn do you?

Logan
Actually, I do!

Beast leaps up behind magneto and stabs him with the cure darts; magneto slowly falls to the ground

Magneto
I’m . . .

Logan (getting up)
. . . One of them?

Magneto lays on the ground, logan and beast look down at him, magneto turns around at looks over to jean

Magneto
This is what they want for all of us

Jean looks anxious, magneto lays on his back, and removes the darts
Logan looks over to jean

Logan
It’s over jean, its over

Jean looks down at logan lovingly
However the ground troops arrive and recognise jean as one of the members of the brotherhood
They start to shoot at her

Logan
No don’t shoot

Jean stops them all without a movement, her eyes turn black, all the darts turn to dust, and she turns round to face the soldiers, now as the ‘dark phoenix’ she disintegrates all the soldiers while starting to levitate in the air, other objects start to move

Logan
Nooooooooo

She turns to face logan and beast and she levitates through the air destroying everything she passes, she lands upon a high ground and everything starts to disrupt, fire starts to increasingly erupt behind her

Beast
Everybody get out of here

All the soldiers and the x men apart from wolverine start to run, bobby is running away as he hear someone shout ‘bobby’, it is kitty and he helps her up with leech, jean is starting to disintegrate everything without moving a muscle
Magneto while running away looks back

Magneto
What have I done?

Strom notices wolverine while running

Logan
I’m the only one who can stop her, get everyone to safety, go!

Strom flies up into the air

Logan
JEAN!!!!

She glares at him, the x jet reappears from the stealth mode, it disintegrates with the rest of the building
Quill, arclight and phylocke run out, however quill and arclight are too much in range of jeans power, they turn to dust, while phylocke escapes
Cars and soldiers float through the air and turn to dust, the water around Alcatraz starts to lift into the air, logan looks at it all
He then looks at jean, and starts to walk towards her, they both glare at each other

Logan
Jean, I know your still there!

She tries to rip him apart but he heals, his uniform starts to come off, he heals, the dark phoenix glares evilly at him
He continues to walk towards her, again she tries to rip him apart, his metal skeleton shows, and he again heals
She continues again and again to try and kill him but he continues to heal and make his way towards jean
As he reaches her, she tries to rip his face apart, again he heals

The dark phoenix
You would die for them

Logan
No jean, not for them, for you, for you!

She realises who she is

Jean
Save me!

Logan
I love you

He unleashes his claws and stabs her in the stomach, her eyes return to normal, she gives out one final smile to logan, and shuts her eyes, she dies within his arms.
All the water starts to land, as does everything else
He cradles her in his arms, he starts to cry

Logan
Nooooooooooooo

The last stand, has ended

End scene

There are now graves for Prof X, jean and Scott
Kitty looks upon them, storm comes up by the side of her

End scene

Bobby walks down into rogue’s room
Rogue is sitting on the bed, she stands up

Bobby

Rogue

They both look at each other, they hold hands, and she smiles

Outside the school
Leech runs through the crowd of children towards storm and hugs her

The park is also home to playing chess where many are playing, as the shot shows all these people, a man playing by himself appears, it reveals to be magneto, now an ordinary man with no uniform or powers
He looks upon his chess board and moves his hand towards one of the pieces, with much effort . . . . . the piece slowly moves

hey people sorry about the confusion, ofcorse i didnt make this script like darkphoenixkid exclaimed, i just wanted to type it up and see the length of it, i didnt add camera angles or any of that like the x2 script did i just wanted to see the script, i did it in a total of 5 nights, typing for about 2 hours of the time, it wasnt so bad, to be honest though you see it from another angle when you read it, pretty kl, anyways bye bye, oh and by the way, i didnt write the pieces that are missing seens as i havent actually ever seen them before!!!
