So I've seen the new Cinefex magazine... not too exciting. All the images were taken directly from the movie. Some behind the scenes, green-screen shots, but other than that, they were just ok.
What's MORE exciting is the new "Making of X-Men 3" book (not sure if that's the exact title, but you can find it in the film section at Barnes & Noble). There's an image of Phoenix rising out of the water as she greets Scott, however they show her suspended in the air in a corona of fire. THIS is what they should have shown in the movie; it makes sense because when Jean first appears to Scott, he's blinded by her luminance. Hopefully in the DVD they'll show this camera cut. I wish there was a pic on the net I can show you guys... pure awesomeness!!

On the back cover of the book in the upper left corner (of this image) shows the scene where Phoenix emerges from the water engulfed in a ball of fire. It's kinda small, but you can make it out. If you get the book, there's a larger image inside. Let me know what you think:

I have that Art of X3 book and I love it. Its so interesting to see all their different ideas on paper compared to what they actually went with in the movie. Well worth the money
