Lol I think it's a little of her persona also. Like for example she likes to wear her hair short and one time on the run way she was dressed as a groom while another girl was the bride. Smexy wedding indeed!  |

She's an androgyn supermodel. She is very popular at the runway shows in NY. Plus she was on People's Most Beautiful List.

you all she's a model (and the adrogenous look is her trade to fame) and my sister said she met her and she's really nice so chill.
As far as the shock waves unfortunately they don't go into as much detail as they needed to have. In the book before they get to the bridge Magneto has a sample cure gun and he tries to get her to practice focusing her power on those guns. So when they DO FIGHT she can focus the frequency specifically on the guns. Yeah I think we were all confused with her power. Perhaps better lines to explain her power.

I loved her being in the movie. However, they could have used her powers more often or given her a few lines. I think she is beautiful. Maybe her hair and clothes looks weird, but not to me. She was one of the (few) characters who didn't look "perfect" and that made her beautiful. That scene when Magneto asked Arclight to use her powers, was in my opinion one of the best scenes. She just looked so powerful and self-confident.

Arclight was UGLY! i cant believe they gave her a close up..as soon as they did it i said "eww" i couldnt help it. but her powers looked cool Both you and my brother huh? When my brother saw her he was like "UH!" and I just bust out laughing. |

nah my sister says she's really cool. Yeah I agree that was a wayyyyy cool scene with her and maybe her character wasn't supposed to talk. I think that gives a lot more power to the character. Look at Mystique she didn't talk much. I was scared of her.
