Its almost everybody's last film. Thats probably why she wasn't seen much by the cast during the production of the movie except for the people she was working with.

In X-Men: The Last Stand, Mystique is shot with a cure needle attempting to save Magneto from being shot when they infiltrated the convoy containing mutant prisoners. Magneto is shocked at the self-sacrifice, and stares at the human and naked Mystique laying on the ground. The position of her naked body and the expression of pain, shame, violation, humiliation and loss on her face make her symbolic to a rape victim. Instead of the normal blue skin and red hair, she has normal skin and short, silky, flowing black hair. Magneto subsequently abandons her, stating that she is no longer one of them, which she retaliates by informing the government of his base of operations and plans. However, at the end of the movie, Magneto, who was also shot with a cure, hinted that the cure is not permanent at all. Also, when she is talking to the government her eyes can be seen flashing, as she did when she was Senator Kelly. Besides, how the h*** shall she have acted in favour of Magneto, when neither he nor she did know that they had a weapon version of the Cure in the convoy? Remember Magneto's shocked look when he saw that they really had that weapon. I don't really think that they had any time to make up any plans.

She looked sooooooooo hot, I love that look for her.
