well it was said the budget was around 150 million to make this film...so 250? is that a good profit? I think so, because their getting double for what they paid for |

Consistency is a key factor in any sequel. Halle has the part and good for her.

well it was said the budget was around 150 million to make this film...so 250? is that a good profit? Well this is how it works. The budget is around 165 million + 45 million marketing which is around 210 million. Let's say the minimum it could make is 500 million worldwide. The studio gets 55% of that take which is around 270ish million, so that is a profit of 60 million just from the theatrical release. Add in DVD's which adds another 100-150 million in pure profit...which would pretty much seal the deal for X4. If the film makes a lot more than 500 worldwide, let's say closer to 600 million...I wouldn't be surprised if Fox puts the spin-offs on the back burner to focus on X4. But that is just my humble opinion. |

I think Halle is the perfect Storm (darn, that was a movie pun, lol.)
Halle is beautiful, strong, courageous and very gifted, just like Storm.
She is now and always will be my #1 choice for the role.

cool..didnt x1 and x2 make a little over 700 million? X1 made 300 million worldwide while X2 made 400 million worldwide. X3 has to increase over X2 to seem profitable, hence my hope for at the very least 500 million worldwide...hopefully more. The more it makes the better the chances of X4. |

When did angela bassett say she never was approached. On that Extra clip, if you read the bottom it says "Angela Bassett turned down the role of storm".
About Halles Hair-
I dont want to sound racist in anyway, but if i was the director or make up artist, i would get some girls from the city who knows how to make colored hair on black women look good. Instead of using these hollywood wigs, she needs to have her done by some females from the city who knows how to hook up some good white weeve and extentions, i have seen black girls with white and blonde hair and looks decent, why cant they do this with her!!!!

I know Hugh Jackman would come back, but dosent look strong if hes off doin Wolverine films.

wasnt he hesitant about coming back for 3rd one? I think shawn would come back, but he seems like the type of actor that if he got a bigger role for somethin else he'd leave.
