I think it effects lower class mutants more so than the stronger mutants.

The cure is much the same as other cures for real life diseases - Some people get the treatment and recover, some don't. So depending on how strong your X gene is, the less chance for success.

what im hoping, which would be so good for a storyline. is that the cure has a side effect. a side mutation.

ok so we saw that it cures the power for temp. but it would be kool that once they get theyre powers back. they powers have mutated further. giving them either new powers or making their existing power stronger.

i think it would be an good explaintion for Rogue to have her "Rogue powers" of strength and flight for the next generation movie spin off [if they have one] so they dont have to go into a side story of her stealing Ms. Marvels.

hmmm....good explaination! If they used that as a jump board to enhance the powers those affected, I wonder what other Magneto and Mystique powers will be like other than their usual ones....Mayb Mystique can morph into animals or inanimate objects other than humans.....

Mutants of rank 4 and up have their powers but lowered to rank 1. The Cure probably work for some time, then its effect disapear.

2) We dont, but we can guess, display of powers is often very important here, resistance againts some kinds of damage etc.

i think it might be connected to the liberty island incident and the mutants involved with it. when magneto was creating that "energy" with rogue they both were affected(even though it didn't effect them then)storm, wolverine, cyclops, mystique, jean, sabretooth, rogue, and toad were affected as well. so i think like since mags, rogue, and mystique got cured that that might be kicking in activating their x-gene. and i'm guessing they won't die like senator kelly because they actually are or were mutants. i hope this makes sense, i could understand if they make an x4 if they chose this outcome, but to each are own doings. hope you guyz understand.
