There's no denying the 1989 film kicked ***. Keaton was the perfect Batman for it. I also liked Batman Forever because Val Kilmer was one of my favorite actors. Batman Begins was a good way to restart the franchise. They did an awesome job with Begins. Batman will always be my favorite superhero.

Go batman! I was never a fan of Superman, I always thought he was the lucky one and was too cocky for his own good.

Batman vs. Supeman thats a disaster of a movie waiting to happen... Umm I love the Tim Burton Batmans. The rest from that franchise (excluding begins) was sooooooo cheesy.
Batman Begins- Best of them all but its in its own category because they made Batman begins as if the past 4 never happened which i thought was good because they needed to make a believable movie that isnt soo fake with huge statues of people in a city and a fake villains. But Begins was good because it was way beleivable.
As For Batman 2 in 2008, i think Jude Law would be a good Joker. My thing with Joker though is that they have to make him some real insane murderer instead of a smiley whacky purple suited freak. Two-face would be a good villain two because all they would have to do is have Harvey get some acid thrown on his face. Lastly Catwoman would be my next good villain because there are such things as Cat Burglars this one jsut took the name seriously and dressed up in a catsuit.

What are everyone's thoughts on the new Batman vs. Superman movie they might do? I didn't know they were considering making a Batman vs. Superman movie...hmmm. That would be quite interesting and quite entertaining to see, I must say! Lol! Anyways, in incomplete reference to the above...I really liked Christian Bale as Batman. I think him and Michael Keaton are my favorite actors to play Batman. ;D

The only ideas that have sounded good to be in the rumours were Jude Law and Paul Bettany. People have been wantin Robin Williams and i think thats an awful choice i dont think him he could be ark enough

I love the first two Batmans. Jack Nickelson nailed it for me with Joker, and Michael Keaton was wicked as Batman. The second was fantastic, and I think most of the credit goes to Michelle for her portrayal of Cat Woman. Just goes to show what a versatile actress she is.
Batman Forever I liked, I didn't mind Val Kilmer picking up the reins, even though I prefer Michael Keaton, but I thought Chris O Donnel did a good Robin, and I am a fan of Jim Carrey and Tommy Lee Jones, so enough said.
Batman and Robin so sucked for me. Arnold was retarted, Uma Therman was horrible, and George Clooney was not Batman. He does a better job playing Doug Ross or as Seth in From Dusk Till Dawn (a rather very good movie) This movie had nothing going for it for me.
Batman Begins had it's moments, but I just couldn't stand Christian Bales or Katie Holmes acting, they were terrible. The only thing that kept me in my seats from walking out of the theater was Cyllian Murphy as Scarecrow, he added a really wicked coolness to the movie. But I sure hope in the future, they really consider recasting Christian Bale, his acting gets on my nerves.
On a side note about a possible Joker. Ok, watch me get flamed for this, but what about Christian Slater? He has always idolized Jack Nickleson, and even shaved his eyebrows to resemble Jacks, and even does impersonations to Jack's voice. Just a suggestion. But Jude Law seems like a good choice too.

Superman would win, but nobody would want him to 'cause Batman's just plain cooler.
As for the Bat films, I'd have to say that Begins is my favorite... Bale does well, but Michael Cain and Liam Neeson are what really make me want to watch this one over and over again. Morgan Freeman and Cillian Murphy are also strong actors. Sure, Katie Holmes is terrible, but she's not gonna be back for the sequel (so sayeth the studio). Coming in at a close second favorite is Returns. Walken is hilariously evil. Third comes the original, and Forever a distant fourth. Batman & Robin might be the worst movie ever. Not only have I always hated George Clooney, but it's obvious that Schumacer couldn't care less about the character he was making movies about. It's like Patrick Stewart said in an interview about playing Prof. X: "When your dealing with something that has so much history behind it and such a devoted following, you have to take it seriously or nobody will like it." Okay I paraphrased a bit, but I remember it was something like that (in fact, I only remember it at all because I remember thinking, "Exactly! That's why Batman and Robin blows chunks!").

Looks like Heath Ledger is going to get the role of The Joker.
I'd prefer Crispin Glover.

actually the 1st two tim burton' movies are good esp michelle pfeiffer as catwoman...MEOWWW!! but i hate michael keaton....god cant they pick a better actor, n i add, a good looking one for batman! for the love of god, look at michael keaton and tim expect ppl to believe he is a good looking billioniare!? yucks! Thank god he was behind the mask most of the scenes....George is too boring, val kilmer is not bad as batman.
Now Christian Bale, thats a good looking actor who can act the dark knight!
Jack Nicholson was great as joker but heath ledger, i like heath too but somehow i cant picture him as joker...anyway its just rumor rite at the moment?
Pls dun bring katie holmes back....ew, she is just as bad as kate bosworth in SR. I sure hope they do another interpretation of catwoman....
whew... ok i rant enuf after two decades of suppressing hatred of michael keaton as batman...
