I was reading up on some stuff and i seen a bunch of people saying this, ''Fox Head Tom Rothman has confirmed that there will indeed be an X-Men 4, and probably more after that as well.''

That doesn't mean it's been actually confirmed. If there's no legal proof of this then I don't buy it... Sorry

i'm sorry, but i hold no great love for the movies, and as long as they bring singer back, it might do well, if it's even real

i sure hope so, i remember Halle's speech and i rushed to go turn in my e-mail to tom about making an x-men 4. I heard people (laura producer or lauren whatever her name is ) saying it may be too expensive to pay actors with pay raises to do another one. My thing is this, KEEP THE SETS and make a more comic version of the movie and I think that it can for real make more money. See i think that it's stressful to see a movie make only a little bit of profit from box office. They need to just do a more comic version like X3 but more, so they can make several hundred million like the Harry Potter franchise or Star Wars franchise.

I think they kind of screwed themselves over by getting all of these big named stars to play in these movies. After three movies they don't really have the money to pay them now. I think in the beginning they thought it was a good idea because the fans of these stars would go see the movies but now look! I also think they screwed up in not waiting for Brian Singer to direct the movie. He did an amazing job and I don't know what the heck they were thinking by letting Brett Ratner do it.
I'm also confused about what was going through the minds of the writers when they came up with everything. I think the plot could have been better and they could have added a little more development and dialogue between characters instead of filling the movie full of action and squeezing a bit of action in there when they felt that they needed to.

Fox Opening Registration for X-Men: First Class? Source: D.Mac July 28, 2008
An interesting listing at Production Weekly caught our eye - "X-Men: First Class." Could 20th Century Fox be developing a movie based on the series written by Jeff Parker and pencilled by Roger Cruz? Or are they using the title of that comic for their proposed Young X-Men spin-off?
What makes it even more interesting is that X-MenFirstClass.com redirects to FoxMovies.com.
The "X-Men: First Class" was an eight-issue mini-series published from September of 2006 through April of 2007. As Special was also released in May of 2007 followed by a monthly series that started in 2007 with the same creative team. The comic is described as follows:
For millions of years, mankind's place on Earth was unchallenged – until five young people paved the way for a new kind of human. While students at the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters, Cyclops, Marvel Girl, Angel, Beast and Iceman taught the world what it meant to be X-Men. These are the hidden stories of the team that laid the foundation of a mutant dynasty!
We'll have to wait and see if official news on this hits.So I don't believe they are actually continuing to make an x men 4 but starting a new branch or saga. Time will tell but I guess this proves a new x men movie is in production.
