And it is more personal cos it involves another being doing the killing not some object like a ray gun, or boulder fall on her, which is so unpersonal. Jean doesnt deserve to die that way - it would be better for her to die in someone else's arms...

As it was said before me, the scene would have been more touching and emotional if it had been longer.

As it was said before me, the scene would have been more touching and emotional if it had been longer. Too true, the short length made it less powerful...

I think that I would have cried if it were more powerful. The music much also counts on this kind of scene.

I don't think I would have cried because I don't like Jean and Wolverine together. Although I did cry during Professor X's funeral, it was so sad. But like most scenes in this movie it was too short...

The movie passes too quickly, when a scene seems to become very intense, it ends. Well, it was my impression while I was watching the film. Many scenes should have been more exploited.

Yeah, a lot of scenes have been cut and like some of u said, when a scene i loved like storm at alkali lake or storm's fight with callisto, it ended, but nevertheless, it was an awesome movie. but we still have hope, x-men 3.5 comes out in november

i juz wish they didnt cut Storm's scene of tidal wave... Zak Penn's possible explanation is becos the sequence didnt fit into the movie, i was like HUH?! Then why put that in the trailer in teh first place? Such a mistake!

they prob added deleted scenes to the trailer so that they can show a trailer and also not give a way to much of a spoiler for the actual movie...
if u think about it, that scene doesnt really fit in the fight... it would be kool to see, but i really dont see how it fits. the movie already seem choppy, it didnt need to be ne more choppier... lol
