Remember in X1, Logan asked Jean if she ever used Cerebro, once explained how it worked Scott jumped in and said that 4 sum1 like her it'll be "dangerous" 4 her to use it and she gave him this kinda of pissed off look.?

So I wonder if Xavier told Scott what he did to Jean as a child n thas y he's so over protective of her.

to make it makes sense if Scott knew what kind of power she possed he's be afraid of her 2, so if Scott does die in X3 it'll make sense y he died. only thing is they might have go more in2 jean/scott/prof. x relationship

He did this to her as a kid because it was too much for Jean to handle as a kid.
