Night Conversations
[Time of day: Evening]
Storm, Beast, Rogue, Kitty, Bobby, Peter, and Wolverine sit in a room discussing what has just happened to Professor X as he was nearly killed by Phoenix.
Rogue: "What if he doesn't make it?"
Storm: "We can't think like that."
Beast: "Yes, but we have to consider the possibility."
Bobby: "What will happen to the school, then?"
Beast: "Well, I imagine someone new would take over...or we might have to close the school. Especially if it's not going to be safe for the students anymore."
Bobby: "But most of us don't have anywhere else to go."
Storm: "We need not worry with that right now, we have a bigger problem on our hands."
Beast: "Yes, I agree, from what has happened to Scott and Charles, Jean has turned into some kind of monster."
Wolverine: "A monster?! It's Jean we're talking about here."
Kitty: "So she's against now?"
Wolverine: "No, she's confused, which is why we have to help her control that power."
Storm: "Who knows what she could do us, we'll end just like the Professor or worse."
Wolverine: "So you're not gonna help out a teammate?!"
Storm: "Not when that teammate puts the entire team in danger!"
Beast: "Okay, okay, before Alkalai Lake, did she show any symptons of this immense power."
Wolverine: "No, I dunno...I mean, there was what she did at the lake."
Bobby: "She did stop a missile before that."
Storm: "And the weird look she had on her face after the Liberty Island incident."
Wolerine: "There was also a bright light surrounding her at the lake...sh*t, she was experiencing this the entire time. How could we have missed it."
Warren: "Excuse me."
Warren enters into the room.
Warren: "Sorry if this is a bad time, but I was told this was a safe place for mutants."
Beast: "It was, son."
Storm looks up at Warren into his eyes, and she realizes that the school is there for a reason, to help other mutants.
Storm: "And it still is, we'll get you a room...Bobby, I assure you, this school will stay open, no matter what happens."
Peter: "Here I'll take your bags."
Storm: "Yes, Peter, give him the vacant room next to yours. I think we could all use some rest for tonight. We'll talk in the morning."
[Time of day: Night]
The next scene shows Rogue and Bobby having a talk in Bobby's room.
Rogue: "What do you want me to do?"
Bobby: "I don't want you to do anything."
Rogue: "Do you not want to be with me anymore, because if that's the case--"
Bobby: "No, Rogue, I'm fine with our relationship, I mean, of course I wish we could be closer, but we can't."
Rogue: "You act as if it's my fault."
Bobby: "Well it's your power that keeps apart."
Rogue: "So you want me to take the cure then?"
Booby: "No...*sigh*...Rogue, listen..."
Kitty: "Hey, Bobby, do you have a sec?"
Kitty enters in his room unaware that he's having conversation with Rogue.
Kitty: "Oh, I'm sorry, I'll come back later."
Kitty exits the room.
Bobby: "Kitty holdup."
Kitty continues to walk away.
Rogue turns to Bobby with a pissed off face and gets up and leaves also.
Bobby: "Rogue, wait."
Bobby reaches for Rogue but she gets up and leaves out of the room.
Rogue walks through the hallway and passes Warren's room, he has his door open. She see's him brushing his feathers. He's turns around and looks at her.
Rogue: "Wow, they're beautiful."
Warren: "To some people they aren't."
Rogue: "But they're wings, you're like angel."
Warren: "I feel like I'm a devil."
Rogue: "No, if anybody, I'm the devil."
Warren chuckles.
Warren: "My names Warren"
Rogue: "Rogue."
Warren: "They give you guys nicknames here. Can't wait for that."
They both chuckle.
Warrren: "Um, what are the gloves for?"
Rogue: "I have to wear them."
Warren: "For your power?"
Rogue: "For my curse...I drain people's lifeforce."
Warren: "You know...for mutants like us it's harder out there. Are you considering taking the cure?"
Rogue: "...I don't know. Have you?"
Warren: "Actually I did consider it, I couldn't go through with it. It wasn't what I wanted. I realized that I needed to do what was right for me and only me."
Rogue: "I wish I knew what I wanted."
Warren: "Well, when you do come to a decision, make sure it's you doing the deciding and no one else."
Rogue: "I should be going."
Warren: "Okay, I'll see you 'round?"
Rogue: "Yeah, bye...oh, and thanks, Angel."
Angel: "Heh."
Bobby knocks on Kitty's door and walks in.
Bobby: "Hey, Kitty, you alright."
Kitty: "Yeah...and no, this whole thing with Jean is bothering me, it scares me."
Bobby: "We're all feelin this way, but it's gonna be okay, we're in this together."
Kitty: "Yeah, but you have Rogue,and I--nevermind...I just miss home. First winter's snow and all."
Bobby looks across the room in her closet to see a pair of ice skates on the ground.
Bobby: "Kitty get up."
Kitty: "What?"
Bobby: "Get up, come on."
Kitty: "Where are we going?
Bobby: "Take these, you'll see."
[Skating scene happens, Rogue observbs, and walks away from the window.]
Back inside the X-Mansion. Wolverine is in his room punching a punching bag furiously. Suddenly, thunder claps outside. Frightened by it, he accidently petrudes his claws and he rips the sand bag.
Logan: "D*mm*t".
Lightning flashes and thunder continues.
Wolverine enticed by the sudden approach of this "storm", walks to Storm's room. He stands in the door way. He walks further in the room and turns to see Storm facing her sliding door window that is part way opened. She is wearing a sexy light blue evening gown that is being blown by the wind.
Logan: "Having fun?"
Storm doesn't reply and continues to look out. Wolverine walks over to her.
Storm: "I just checked on Scott."
Logan: "How is he?"
Storm: "Still the same"
Logan: "Mm"
Storm: "...I haven't moved on."
Logan: "Hmm?"
Storm: "I haven't moved on from Jean, she was my best friend--but I feel anger towards her more than anything now. I-I..."
Storm becomes to softly cry. Rain begins to lightly pour outside.
Logan: "Storm..."
Logan hesistates, but goes through with giving her a comforting hug. His hands slowly run up her shoulders as her hands gently caress his back. They passionately rub each others face against each other, while hesitating to kiss. Wolvering gently lifts up her chin. Storm looks up at him and braces herself. Wolverine slowly goes in for the kiss. 3, 2, 1--Storm turns her head blocking his kiss.
Storm: "I can't..you can't."
Wolverine has a confused look on his face.
Storm: "Goodnight, Logan."
Logan: "Ugh, yeah, 'night."
Logan walks out of her room and Storm looks at him as he walks out. [/center]

that was a PERFECT scene for logan and storm. i'd like to see them almost getting it on but storm then says no fleas for this goddess(LOL).and also i liked the part where storm is makin a "storm" outside.

Decisions, Decisions
[The next morning]
Rogue walks down the hallway with a packed bag and her trademark green coat.
Logan: "Where you going kid?"
Logan approaches Rogue in the hallway.
Rogue: "You don't know what it's like, to be afraid of your power. To be afraid to get close to anyone."
Logan: "Yeah, I do."
Rogue: "I wanna be able to touch people. A hug, a handshake, a kiss."
Logan: "I hope you're not doing this for some boy...look if you wanna go, go."
Rogue: "...Shouldn't you be telling me to stay, to go back up stairs and unpack my bag."
Logan: "I not your father kid, just make sure it's what you want to do....Just think about it, Rogue."
Rogue: "Marie."
Wolverine goes into the kitchen where Storm, Kitty, Pete, Jubilee, Jones, and Siryn are having breakfeast.
Logan: "'Mornin."
Wolverine grabs a seat next to Storm.
Logan (awkwardly): "Good mornin' Storm."
Storm (awkwardly): "Good mornin, Logan."
She gets out of her seat.
Storm: "I'm gonna go check on Cyclops."
Logan: "Yeah.Kay"
Logan looks up at the students that are giving him funny grinning looks in return.
Logan: "What?!"
The Students: "Oh, nothing--nothing--not a thing--"
Jubilee: "--just enjoyin some good 'ol milk and cereal--they make quite a couple."
Logan gives Jubilee a stare.
Jubilee: "I'm going now."
Bobby walks to Rogue's room and knocks on her door.
Bobby: "Rogue? Rogue?"
He opens her door to find it empty.
Peter and Kitty walk by.
Bobby: "Hey Pete, Kitty--you guys seen Rogue."
Kitty shakes her head 'no'.
Peter: "No, but I think she took off."
[Scene at the Medical Lab with Iceman and Pyro happens, followed by scene with Magneto on the tv and the X-Men watching it]
Wolverine goes out to Jean's memorial outside. He begins to hear whispers of Jean's voice, calling out to him. Back in his room, he packs a small bag. Storm enters into his room.
Storm: "Where are you headed?"
Logan: "Where do you think? I'm getting her back. We've waited long enough."
Storm: "She's gone, Logan."
Logan: "Don't say that."
Storm: "She nearly killed the Professor and Scott."
Logan: "That wasn't the Jean I know"
Storm: "Me neither, but I'm not defending her actions. Why can't you just let her be--why can't you just leave her alone?"
Logan: "Because!!!"
Logan forcefully pins Storm against the door to his room.
Logan: "Because..."
Storm: "Because you love her."
Logan lets go of Storm and turns away.
Storm: "Logan, I'm sure Scott would be doing the same as you--but I can't. I have to be here for this school...Look, this is how I stand. She made her choice. Now it's time we made ours. So if you're with us then be with us!"
Storm exits Logan's room. [/center] |

Haha, so I'm wondering, what would you guys had rather seen a Wolverine-Storm love scene or keep the Wolverine-Jean love scene. I think to include both would be too much. Only reason I like the Wolvie-Jean one is because I like the transition of her going from evil sensual physical contact-fiend to "kill me". It's also kind of funny having Jean seduct Wolverine (the belt-buckle was priceless), but then again it's out of place because it should be Cyclops and Jean's love story. And I have a feeling Wolverine and Storm's scene could be even hotter--just look at Monster's Ball haha.  |
