I would love to have Gambit included in the new movie and perhaps Emma Frost, the controversial character that would add spice to the movie.... since Jean is dead, it is about time FOX shd introduced another telepath mutant!  How abt that? |

Well, Casino Royale was one of the best movies of the year and at least it's a worthy film to move X3 off the top 5. no movie is worthy enough to make the chances of x4 lessen!! Does anyone think that we need an X4 like as soon as possible? lol. AHHHH ME ME ME ME ME ME!!! i want them to hurry up and announce it and get started so we don't have a repeat of the problems of X3!!!!! ahhh!!! since Jean is dead, it is about time FOX shd introduced another telepath mutant! Just because X3 gets bumped out of the top 5 doesn't lessen its chances of another sequel. A studio doesn't look at things like that, or that isn't that important so to say. It all comes down to the numbers the individual film made. In which case, Fox is doing well considering the success of the dvd and everything else involved in the film.
I'm just happy it was a great movie that moved X3 down and not some mediocre crappy movie. Casino Royale was an amazing movie...Daniel Craig rocked as Bond.

WOW. Jean as emma frost. That doesnt work for me lol. It would give me a reason to like Emma which I dont. Famke can only play Jean. But of course thats just my opinion. I just cant see her as anyone else. I mean lets admit it. Alot of people saw this movie because they love the phoenix saga. I mean who couldpass up x3 when Jean has died and come back to life as Phoenix.

what do u mean let Jean play as Emma? u mean as Famke play as Emma?
i love Emma and would love to see her in the next film if there is one, but i would hate to see Famke play as Emma. mostly because since she played Jean also, seeing her face as Emma would be weird since she did Jean so well and would be confusing to the non-comic fans wondering y this new character looks like the old x1-3 Jean Grey

aKKKK!!! and now it's lookin like NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM of all movies will pass X3 and become the 3rd highest grossing movie of 2006. i hope that doens't give fox the idea that it would be better off with these little shenanigan movies than making more hugely expensive xmen movies... RAR!!!! how come x-men movies dont' make that much money?

I don't expect another X-Men film for some time. Unless Fox changes it's leadership, I'd rather they not make any and hopefully the rights would go back to Marvel and Marvel can do it themselves.

I don't think we would get the best movie ever because there is no way to please everyone. I'd be happy with something with a great story along the lines of X2 with the action and scale of X3.

Hahahaha I look back at X3's gross and see how pathetic it was. It had a 102 million opening and grossed 234 million, that's like a 2.29 multiplier, one of the lowest in box office history. And night at museum had a 30.5 million opening, and yet has already passed X3 and sailing to 240+ million. And i don't know how anyone actually thought X3 would defeat Pirates, it didn't get anywhere close. Pirates 2 had a 135 million opening weekend and ended at 423 million domestic compared to 234 million for X3 and 1.065 BILLION worldwide compared to 459 million for X3. And X3's memorial weekend record will be toppled exactly a year when Pirates of the Caribbean 3 is released.
